Rosemary Bonanno said Tom passed away on September 25, 2011 from lung cancer. He did not respond well to treatments and he went very quickly. She said they met in Canada and it was a second marriage for both of them. During their 18-year marriage they took trips to New York and Tom often talked to her about his friends from high school. She also said that if he was still living she would have enjoyed attending your reunion with him. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary, daughter Ashley, and siblings Robert, Richard, and William.

I'm so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. He transferred in from Salesian, played basketball at RHS and was a very kind gentle guy.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. Tom and I double dated with our respective dates for the Senior Prom. A kind guy, always smiling. He is surely missed. Jayne

It is with profound sadness to learn of Tom's passing. We attended Boston University together, playing on many intramural teams and discussing for many hours the options after the "death lottery" concerning Vietnam. He was one of the good ones whom you could always count on. Howard Schupak

I am so sorry to hear about Tommy's passing. I did something unconventional for 1965 and asked Tommy to go to the junior dance with me. I don't think girls did much asking back then. Tommy ever so graciously agreed to go with me and I was ever so happy. He was sweet and handsome and I felt very lucky. So sad he left us too soon but he is remembered by many.
