I believe we lost Joann in 1995. We had seen each other after many years when I moved to New City and rekindled our friendship. She and her husband Les have two beautiful children. Her passing was a great loss . She is very much missed.
Joanne & I were in the same homeroom for years owing to our alphabetical closeness. But aside from the reason for the proximity, we always enjoyed each other. I was shocked and saddened by the news.
