Hi Ms. Delango. You were one terrific science teacher! Your sense of humor was fantastic.
I remember being the first to laugh at your quips and the last one to stop.
One time you saw me looking at another student's test paper and instead of calling me out on it, you said "Oh, go ahead, you won't get anything correct from "HER".
Hi Kathy! Thanks for the Birthday wishes. Bobby is fine. Can you believe we are all seniors now, and I don't mean high school.

Hi there! I, sure you don't remember me because I didn't have you for a subject. I wished I did because everybody loved you. I did however; participate I your after school chess club. You were one of the nicest teachers in Roosevelt. So happy you joined this site!
"Merilee De Filippo". . . . a unique name that sounded like it musically rolled off your tongue. Such a sweet and pretty girl.
Ahh . . . Genny Ames . . . . I had lunch with Genny every day in RHS. Our long friendship began in P.S. 28. A sweet girl with a terrific sense of humor who was a wonderful audience for some of her very silly friends......one of them being me. So sorry to hear of her passing. I hope Genny is smiling down on this post.
Steffi........mostly known as Nicki. A beautiful, popular, intelligent, artistically talented girl. I met Nicki when I was 4 years old. She lived in Yonkers, 4 houses from me and we remained great friends until her death as I was at her bedside in White Plains Hospital. Nicki . . . My good friend. . . I Miss you so much.
I had the pleasure of teaching Gary Alleva Jr. in kindergarten in Yonkers. What a delightfully intelligent child he was and his mom, Joanne . . . a lovely, caring lady and mother who I keep in touch with to this day!
I remember John in many of my classes at RHS. I remember him being a good looking, friendly classmate. So sorry to hear of his passing.
